It is important to delete/disable an user account, if the user has left the company (Metro), doesn't use the system anymore (change of department/role) or if the user is external (auditors) and no more working for Metro. Such users needs to be deleted/disabled.

Users can be deleted in two scenarios:

A) User can be deleted only if user is not linked to any pending or planned audit. 

B) User cannot be linked to any planification (“not finalized planning”) (Hint: Within “not finalized planning there are 2 statuses to be checked: 1) In progress 2) Validated)

Delete User

In this case A. first delete the “not finalized planning ” audits connected with the user and afterword the user.

Disable the user

If the user is linked to any pending or planned audit, then one can disable the account and set ''Donotuse'' in the login email and name of the user.
