Locked account appear for security reason, which happen when the user enter too often the wrong password. After 3 wrong password, user can only be unlocked from Offer Solution Services or Country Admin user (as Head Office Operation)

Under: Administration > Country Tables > Users

Search user & unlock account via Unlock account button & please confirm massage “Please confirm unlock action”


 Please contact the support if needed, they will unlock your account and you can login with the new password.
