Sometimes, new Spaceman users cannot see the my.Spaceman icon. When the icon does not appear in the login page, it is because your user was not yet added to the Spaceman Security Group. Find below how to solve this issue.
Ask your manager* to approve the user request on his/her Portal inbox
- Go to Portal: http://portal.metrogroup-networking.com/irj/portal
- Click on the inbox icon
- Approve the open request
- After approval, within the next 2 hours, your user will be automatically added in the Spaceman Security Group
*Please note:
In case of Store Planners (role Spaceman Only (Store)), the following colleagues are responsible to approve requests in the Portal inbox:
- Belgium: Natalie van Meerbeek
- Russia: Mariya Sycheva
- China: Linsheng Lu & Yasheng Bai (second approver)
