Qaudits have different user profiles. Based on the needs Country Head Office_Operations user will create the users in the system

Step1: Log in to system with user Head Office_Operations account ( Group Administrator only OSS team)

Step2: Go to settings and then click on Users

Step3: Scroll to bottom of the page, Click the button Add

Step4: Add the information about the user

We recommend for equal Login always to use firstname.surname

Choose the profile from the drop down

 Step 5: Save, User is added

User will receive two automatically generated email with its Username and Password

Login via SSO (Single-Sign-On)

For Metro employees the login works via Single-Sign-On (SSO) which is automatically set when your account is created. When you are on the Qaudits login page (https://www.metro-qaudit.com/)  and already logged in another METRO application with IDAM (for example in MQuality), using the button "Login for employees" will do the login automatically. 

If the Metro user has more than one account (e.g. as Head Office Operations and Auditee) the most recent used will be set for SSO login.

Please contact the support if needed, they will unlock your account and you can login with the new password.
