User Management 

If there is a new joiner in pricing team please let us know, we will create their account for MFT file transfer and upload, accordingly can also assist in creating new user for Revionics tool and ODIN mass upload. 

 

 

 Data Change & Validation 


We help to improve the data by checking supplementary files which are uploaded by country on weekly basis on MFT portal. If there are some issues with processing of price cost files through MFT – ODIN – MMS, and some incorrect prices are published over MMS, we try to rectify the issues with each end of data load and processing.

Defect Handling 

If anything goes wrong in Revionics, like system down, technical errors or unexpected behavior of the application, we will try to reproduce the issue, provide a workaround if existing, contact the provider if necessary so that the issue is solved as soon as possible. The users get a stable environment where they can work better and you are informed about the progress of the issues.

Customizing / Change 

If you have ideas on how to improve Revionics or some new functionality which the users would like to have in tool, there is a possibility to have this depending upon your used business case and its relevance to the other country users. Testing 

We conduct end to end testing if there is a new machine to machine interface, just to check if the data flows in similar fashion with new interface and correct prices are uploaded in MMS. If there are any issues we try to rectify from all end of the data load and inform the provider and product owner about it. e.g. (SFTP-MFT)
