Information for the Store Teams


For the store teams, responsible for implementation and signing off this implementation, there is now a feedback possibility.


As soon as a planogram is implemented, by ticking the “implemented” tick box in SharePoint, a pop up screen will appear. In this screen the employee can enter her/his feedback to the planogram. The feedback field is limited to maximum 256 characters, in order to keep feedback to the point and comprehensive.



  • After entering the comment, this will be visible in green text, immediate next to the planogram link
  • Unticking the box (from implemented to not implemented will not remove the comment from the system, but  the next time the “implemented” box will be selected again, a new comment can be entered which overwrites the previous.
  • If no feedback is applicable, then the pop up screen should be submitted without entering any text.





Information for the Merchandizing Teams


For the merchandizing teams there is a possibility to see all comments belonging to a certain planogram/ assortment group.

To allow access to this view, the user should be added to the dedicated security group: “SpacemanComment” of the particular country.


To read the feedback:


  • Open SharePoint
  • Select the Hierarchy order: Presentation Unit>>Store>>Planogram
  • Select Status: Planogram Implemented
  • A new field will appear: “Comment”



  • Select “Comment”
  • All Presentation Units with a comment will show.



  • As comments are not anonymous (the name of the approver is displayed), the merchandizer can contact the store for further details, when required.
