• In order to maintain Season Code in ARP, you should set the "Assortment Cluster" to "In/Out" or to "Seasonal" in the Range Planning.



  • Afterwards you can set these articles to the desired Season Code under the submenu ‘Exit Planning non-permanent’.



  • If it is done there, it is possible to send the changes via ODIN Interface to MMS and you would see the Season Code already in the National Planning too.



Please note: currently Season Code is still maintained and sent back to MMS Prod on article level not on article/variant level.


In MMS there are defined seasonal codes. If you use those codes in ARP, then the ODIN transfer will work properly. However, if you use other seasonal codes which are not defined in MMS, the ODIN transfer will fail. 

The Season Code that you use in ARP should be already existing in MMS for a successful ODIN transfer!
