QAudits is an Audit tool which acts as common platform for both Global Assessors and Country Auditors to conduct assessment/audits. This tool helps to store all audit/assessment data digitally along with CAPs for the stores and head offices.

We offer a knowledge database online with videos so that you have access to our knowledge even if we are not available 

User Management 

If there is a new country that is onboarded to Qaudits, then we create initial account with the Role Head_Office_Operations. We will also deactivate accounts for the users who leaves Metro and conduct bi-yearly user checks. 

 

Data Change & Validation 

In special cases we will help to improve the data or to do massive changes, so that the data is accurate in Qaudits

Customizing / Change 

If you have ideas on how to improve Qaudits, if you miss functionalities, we will align your suggestions with the product owner and Metro AG and try to get them implemented. We might even be able to provide a workaround until the implementation.

Defect Handling 
If anything goes wrong in Qaudits, like system down, technical errors or unexpected behaviour of the application, we will try to reproduce the issue, provide a workaround if existing, contact the provider if necessary so that the issue is solved as soon as possible. The users get a stable environment where they can work better and you are informed about the progress of the issues.

Testing 

We test new versions of the tool so that the quality of the application stays good or even improves. We answer any question related to your own tests (UAT - User Acceptance Test).

Performance 

In case Qaudits is slow, or slower than usual, you can contact us and we will try to help you with technical advice about your environment, we will try to reproduce the low performance and inform the provider about the issue so that they can improve the speed of the system. It could also be the QAudit is not available to you but to your colleagues, such issues can be reported and we try to check and provide you appropriate solutions.
