MCCM covers all functionalities related to negotiations, contracts and conditions, which have been split in three different applications (MMS-Supplier, MMS-BS and TPT). The main features are:
- Entering of contracts and conditions
- Printing of any contracts with the suppliers
- Negotiation tracking
All types of contracts can be maintained by MCCM.
The entered contracts can be printed by the buyers herself/himself. The layout of all contracts can be individually configured for each sales line.
The negotiation tracking allows the lead buyer to have a view about the progress of supplier negotiations at any time. The status changes for the negotiation tracking are embedded in the regular workflow for the negotiation. Also similar reports are available for the tracking of contract statuses.
