Training / Onboarding 

We offer trainings onsite (Düsseldorf & locally for groups) or with Webex for newcomers or for advanced users. You can start right away in eSourcing and learn how online tendering can help you in your daily work. 

We offer also supplier trainings to become familiar with the tool for Price Requests and Auctions.

Reporting 

  • We support our LTC´s in report handling for their country.

 


User Management 

If there is a new comer as Category Manager, LTC, QA Specialist or Packaging Specialist, we will create their user account. We will also deactivate the accounts if someone leaves Metro. If a supplier is delisted, you can ask us to deactivate the supplier. 

 

 

Customizing / Change 

If you have ideas or expectations on how to improve eSourcing, if you miss functionalities, if you need a new template or any other configurations, we will inform the product owner about your needs in order to improve your overall experience with the tool to support your business needs.

Testing 

We test new versions of the tool so that the quality of the application stays good or even improves. We answer any question related to your own tests (UAT - User Acceptance Test).

Defect Handling 

If anything goes wrong in eSourcing, like system down, technical errors or unexpected behaviour of the application, we will try to reproduce the issue, provide a workaround if existing, contact the provider if necessary so that the issue is solved as soon as possible. The users get a stable environment where they can work better and you are informed about the progress of the issues.
