Consultancy / Customer Care
If you as Merchandiser are not sure which handling would be the best and need consultancy, we will try to give you the best advice we know of. We will communicate with Nielsen or with the product owner if necessary so that you are able to use Spaceman in the best possible way.
Help
If you need help in handling the application, we will explain the best we can so you are able to use Spaceman without struggling.
Cross Solution
If you face an issue in the application, it might be related to the different solutions around Spaceman (e.g. MMS, MDW, MAC, SharePoint, Terminal Server). We will investigate, identify the root cause and address the issue accordingly. We will track progress and inform you once the issue is resolved.
User Management
If there are newcomers in the Merchandising teams, we will create their accounts. We will also deactivate the accounts if someone leaves Metro and conduct bi-yearly user checks.
Please note: Each license to use Spaceman Professional comes with an individual cost per user. Requests for new licenses need to be done by the head of merchandizing, one of the board members and should be supported by a signed order form. New Spaceman users can be directly created if replacing old users.

Customizing / Change
If you have ideas on how to improve Spaceman, if you miss functionalities, we will inform the product owner about it, aiming to meet your business needs and improve your overall experience with the Solution.
Performance
In case Spaceman is slow, or slower than usual, you can contact us and we will try to help you with technical advice about your environment, we will try to reproduce the low performance and inform the provider about the issue so that they can improve the speed of the system.
Defect Handling
If anything goes wrong in Spaceman, like system down, technical errors or unexpected behaviour of the application, we will try to reproduce the issue, provide a workaround (if existing), contact Nielsen, our software provider, if necessary. Our aim is that your issue is solved as soon as possible. The users get a stable environment where they can work better and you are informed about the progress of the issues.
