After installation of Windows 10, some users have reported problems in Spaceman (e.g. Drop Down Buttons not working, or very slow to open).


In order to fix this issue, please get in contact with your local IT.


The following configurations should be considered.


  • Installation of Windows update: cumulative update for win x64 systems 12/2019 and application of the below patches with the help of the Local IT.

  • Assure you have enough RAM memory in your computer (minimum 8 GB RAM)


  • In the registry, there is a path called HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows NT\Terminal Services\Client, Please Create a DWORD named fClientDisableUDP and assign it a value of 1. After adding the key reboot the computer.
  • Please check the configuration in Remote Desktop Connection\Experience\Performance. Try to change with "Detect connection quality automatically" or "Low-speed broadband".
