Users often raise queries mentioning that certain article is missing in Spaceman.
In Spaceman, please note data will only be interfaced if:
- The planogram is connected to the right content receiver (store)
- The planogram has the status ‘work in progress’
- The planogram is in the right folder structure (right Assortment Group and right store)
Example:
- The product ID is correct
- The product is in the right store (check both Activation Data Maintenance screen in MMS and in the planogram in Spaceman)
- The product is in the right assortment group/ planogram combination (check both Activation Data Maintenance screen in MMS and in the planogram in Spaceman)
- 2nd placements (in another planogram and assortment group, will not be supported/ updated)
- A product ID can only exist once. Different products with the same ID will not be interfaced
For the article to be transferred from MMS to Spaceman, it has to be properly maintained in MMS under the Activation Data Maintenance screen
In the Activation Data Maintenance screen, please check:
- The active status code of the article should be 0
- The blocking code of the article should be 0 or 2
- The article should be active for the right store
- Pay special attention to the "Valid from"
- The article should be on the correct Assortment Group (the Assortment Group in MMS should be the same used in Spaceman)
- The article should have the correct variant bundle combination (complex article listing)
Example:
Please note:
Only Standard and Seasonal Assortments are transferred to Spaceman, as only these 2 Assortment Clusters should be on shelf. Please refer to:

Please note: any changes done in MMS, will be active in the next day. In Spaceman these changes will be interfaced during the night run, and will be seen in the application one more day after.
Example: I change the status code of the article in MMS on a Monday. This change will be active in MMS on a Tuesday. After the night run, the change will be visible in Spaceman, on a Wednesday.
