This article explains what to do in case your are working on a planogram and your internet connection is lost.



  • Save your planogram as a file, in order not to lose your work
  • Click on "File" -> "Save As File"



  • Save the file



  • Close both my.Spaceman and Spaceman and restart it
  • Open Spaceman Professional (do not click on the blue links)



  • Click on "File" -> "Open from file"



  • Select your saved file and click on "Open"



  • The saved planogram file will open
  • Click on "File" -> "Save to Connectivity"



  • Make sure you are in the correct hierarchy structure (right Assortment Group, right Store)
  • Click to create a new planogram (making sure you will not overwrite any existing planogram)



  • A new "Untitled" planogram will be created
  • Click on "OK"



  • Click on "Yes" to change the planogram status



  • The "Save Dialog" appears
  • Give your imported planogram a new name
  • Click on "Save"



  • The imported planogram is now saved to connectivity and will appear in the "Planogram Maintenance Screen"



  • The old planogram version can be deleted


Please be aware: you should only work in Spaceman Professional. Importing planograms from files and saving them to connectivity is only advisable in case of connection and/or planogram saving problems.
