Metro Asset Center (MAC) is a high-end solution for managing company digital assets including images, videos, graphics as well as documents, e.g. campaign guides. The software enables uploading, tagging, modifying, searching, sharing, distributing and downloading assets.
In order to set up MAC images in Spaceman, kindly follow the steps below.
Please bear in mind that in order to keep using MAC images, all product IDs in Spaceman should be changed from SUBSYS to MGB (Product ID).

- Click on "File" --> "Options"
- Click on "General"
- Select the checkbox "Use UNC for Search Paths"
- Click on "OK"
- Go back to "File" --> "Options"

Attention
- During the migration phase, the product IDs in Spaceman were changed from SUBSYS to MGB.
- Examples:
- Spaceman 313737.1 was renamed to UA_POG_393390001001_01.jpg
- Spaceman 295898.3 was renamed to UA_POG_360744001001_03.jpg
- Spaceman 313738.8 was renamed to UA_POG_393391001001_08.jpg
- Spaceman 5565230001001t.9 renamed to RU_POG_5565230001001_29.jpg
- During the migration, all SUBSYS numbers were checked in MMS. In case the images placed in the folder "1All_Images" (S:Drive - country folder) matched with a SUBSYS number, these were renamed and migrated to MAC images.
- In case, after the migration, not all images could be migrated due to mismatches between MMS and the file names, the changes in the Product ID from SUBSYS to MGB should be done manually in MAC or via API.
