In case you encounter incidents and technical bugs, please raise an issue directly in your local JIRA SD Portal.
- Access your JIRA SD Portal: https://jira.metrosystems.net/servicedesk/customer/portals
- The following screen appears
- Click on
- Enter the following information in the "IT Help" screen (see example below)
- Summary: Title of the issue (e.g. "Issue (Test ARP)")
- Description: Detailed description of the issue (e.g. "Test ARP")
- Attachments: Please add screenshots of the error, if possible
- What solution is affected?: M.ASSORTMENT PLANNING
- What product is affected?: Assortment Range Planning
- Click on "Create"
