  • Click on


  • Enter the following information in the "IT Help" screen (see example below)
    • Summary: Title of the issue (e.g. "Issue (Test ARP)")
    • Description: Detailed description of the issue (e.g. "Test ARP")
    • Attachments: Please add screenshots of the error, if possible
    • What solution is affected?: M.ASSORTMENT PLANNING
    • What product is affected?: Assortment Range Planning
    • Click on "Create"
