If you receive the error message "There are no valid Planogram data sources" when logging into Spaceman, please try the steps below:



  • On the log in page, click on "Change the database I'm connected to"



  • Click on "Change Data Sources"



  • Select only "SPACEMAN-COUNTRY" (e.g. "1SPACEMAN-TR")
  • Click on "OK"



  • Click on "Change Application Database"



  • Click on "Test"
  • Click on "OK"



  • Close the current browser tab
  • Open Spaceman in a new tab
  • You should be now able to log in
